We’ve added a new page to the One Place CMA module. It’s called the Comparative Market Analysis page. It aligns all of your comparable properties into a side by side comparison chart format.
The new page is available to use now. It’s been added to the full company CMA packages. If you select any of the Company Packaged CMA options, the Full CMA – 1 up or 2 up Comp, with or without adjustments, the new page will be generated automatically.
It’s also available as a choice in the custom packages list. If you have custom packages set up, you’ll have to add this new page to them.
