1st Place
We have recently changed the name of the Listing/WebOne Site Manager or Main Street Intranet to 1st Place. You can still access it the same way, through realestateone.net by choosing My Listings Manager from the My Web Links section. Choose the top link; 1st Place Listing & WebOne Site Manager and Directory. The 1st Place Intranet allows sales associates to set-up and manage their WebOne websites, modify how their listings are displayed on all of the Real Estate One Family of Companies web sites, review listing and WebOne site activity statistics, and manage their 1st to know contacts. For those that prefer direct access to this page, just bookmark or create a short cut link to http://realestateone.redata.com/ and log in using your realestateone.net user name and password.
Register and Claim Your Trulia Listings
We ran a 7 ½ month trial of Trulia’s Featured Listings which will be ending August 14th. Due to their pricing not being market specific, we could not cover the cost of the program. It did generate a lot of activity though and if you have strong listing inventory where your average price is above $120K, we encourage you to try their Featured Listing product for your own listings. To find out more, you can go to www.trulia.com/truliapro. In any case though, in order for you to even get leads on your own listings, you MUST register and CLAIM your listings for FREE on Trulia.com. Use your email address that is attached to your profile in 1st Place (formerly Main Street), the profile attached to your web site, when registering with Trulia. If they match you will not need to claim each listing manually after registering. If they do not match you’ll have to claim each listing in order to be attached to that listing. 1st To Know Update
The messages from the Phone and Text systems have changed a little. The [nocallnumber] was replaced with (DNC) if the number is on the Do Not Call list. We needed to shorten it and the subject so that we could fit in an indication of whether the caller requested a text of the property and/or photos of the property. If you know that a client requested text, it is recommended to reply to that number via text rather than call as that indicates they are probably more of a texter and the call would be considered intrusive.
