Blogging Basics, Twitter Tools and New Google Map Tools

Check out TweetLister for agents looking for an easy way to Tweet their listings and for those of you that are new to Tweeting, be sure to read the article below on how to write better Tweets. You can use Ping.fm to post messages to all of your social networks at once. Google Maps has added a new feature called “What’s Here” that could be very helpful to buyers that are interested in finding local attractions in a particular area. Two new internet tools are now available, RealAgile and Cyberhomes Market Forecast that may help to determine the probability of each homeowner in an area selling or buying within the next six months. Lastly, I’ve included some great links to tutorials on getting started with Blogging.
