First to Know Text Alerts

We’re launching a brand new addition to the One Place First to Know Listing Alerts system. First to Know text alerts. First To Know text alerts will send listing alerts, for properties that match your contact’s saved searches, as text messages as well as email alerts. Contacts that have active First to Know searches set up and an authorized mobile number in One Place will begin receiving their listing alerts as text messages Wednesday morning (depending on their search frequency settings).
