It’s been a few months since the roll out of the new 1st to know mobile options and I thought that I would use this week’s post to review the details of the new system.
Our clients now have 3 separate ways to access property information from their mobile devices.
PHONE – Dial (800) 840-5555 using any phone to listen to details about any available property.
TEXT – text the word MYINFO to 59559 to have property details sent to your phone via text message.
MOBILE WEB – access any of our company websites from your phone’s web browser and you will be directed to our mobile friendly search site.
Agent Notifications – Sales associates receive notifications via text whenever one of your listings is accessed through the new systems by an unregistered buyer including the buyer’s mobile number.
Sales associates also receive notifications via text whenever one of your registered clients accesses information on any property through the 1st to know system.
Sign Riders – place a new 1st to know sign rider on each and every one of your listings. Contact your office administrator or manager for information regarding sign riders.
Update Agent Mobile Information – Make sure that your own mobile numbers are up to date on your profile in the 1st to know email system. Click Here for step by step instructions.
Register Contacts – You can register your client’s mobile numbers 4 different ways and their information will be pushed to all of the separate systems within 24 hours. Instructions on how to register a contact in each of the systems are located below.
1. Provided that your mobile numbers have been updated in your profile you may text a contact’s mobile number to 59559. You will receive a text message back requesting you to name the contact.
