Google+ has recently made it’s custom URL’s available to more users.  These custom URL’s are a great added bonus to the already amazing SEO that a Google+ profile delivers. The URLs are being made available for both personal profiles and business pages. You are able to request that the preset personal URL that Google offers you for your personal page be changed to something else but this option is not yet available for your business pages.

Check your Google+ page to see if you have a “get custom URL” banner across the top of the page when you first login. If you haven’t yet received an invitation from Google to receive a custom URL, you may need to update a few things before you’re eligible.  Check out the Getting Started with Google+ Custom URLs  for a breakdown of the eligibility requirements.
