The Listen360 surveys are being sent out automatically to your buyers and sellers once a transaction is set to the closed status in zipTMS. They are being sent to Buyer 1 for Purchase transactions and Seller 1 for Listing transactions so make sure that you have your client’s email addresses entered correctly in zipTMS when the transaction closes.
