We’ve added a new feature to the listing detail pages of all of our websites and also to your own personal sites. The zip codes are all now clickable and they display market statistics by zip code when selected.
Just select any zip code to display the statistics.
Add To CMA
We’ve also added a new feature to the OnePlace CMA program. You can now add any listing that you find in OnePlace to a CMA by simply selecting the listing and choosing Add To CMA. The system will ask you if you would like to add the listing to a new CMA or to an existing CMA. This feature is available at the top of all listing search results pages in OnePlace and should make the process of selecting comparables for your CMA’s a whole lot easier.
