We’ve recently updated the 1st To Know system. It now allows you and or your 1st To Know clients to choose the frequency of the 1st To Know email notifications. If your client does not want to receive notifications every day, they can now choose to have them sent once a week instead. The new available frequency options are Weekly, Daily and Hourly. Notification emails are only sent if changes have occurred since the last email, new listings, back on the market, price changes etc.
These new options are only available when creating a new search. You will not be able to update existing searches to a different frequency.
The default setting on all searches that do not have a frequency option selected will be Daily.
