One Place Agent2Agent

We’re rolling out a brand new tool in One Place called Agent2Agent. It enables you to reach agents throughout your MLS who have sold or listed properties within the past twelve (12) months that are similar to your listing (in location, price, bedrooms and/or bathrooms). Once agents are identified, Agent2Agent allows you to email these agents, save the agent list to your contacts or export the list for use elsewhere.

How can I take advantage of Agent2Agent?

• You have a New Listing and want to promote it to all other Agents who have bought or sold in the area
• Promote an Open House to all other Agents who have bought or sold in the area
• Promote a Price Adjustment on your Listing and want to notify all other Agents who have bought or sold in the area
• Are there other agents in your Brokerage that have similar homes listed or recently sold in an area
• Get a sense of other agents who may specialize or work heavily in a particular area

Use Case #1

You have a listing, and want to promote it to agents who recently sold a similar listing.

1. Associate your listing with a new Agent2Agent List
2. Create the list of agents using Listing search criteria
3. Send those agents an email about your listing
   • Options: Price Change, Just Listed, or write your own text

Use Case #2

Your seller has made improvements to the property, or made a price reduction, and you want to encourage agents working in the area to take a second look.
