One Place CMA MLS Numbers Import

Tired of manually entering MLS numbers into the One Place CMA program to pull your comparable properties?

We’ve recently added the ability to import an MLS numbers file from Realcomp to save you from having to manually enter all your MLS umbers when creating a new CMA.

Now you can run a search for your comparable properties in the MLS, select the listings that you’d like to use for your CMA and choose and MLS Numbers Export to export a file.  You can then import that file into the One Place CMA program.

Currently this feature is only available for members of Realcomp but we are checking with our other MLS providers to see if a similar export can be created for their systems.
