As I mentioned last week, we are in the final stages of completing a new, completely revised back end of the OurOnePlace.net intranet site. The new One Place Connect will be launching on this upcoming Wednesday, February 14th. The Our One Place home page will remain the same. All of the pages that are linked to the main buttons across the top of the Our One Place home page (CMA, listing manager, website manager etc.) will be updated.
The new system is easier to use and mobile responsive so it will function smoothly and automatically adjust to the display on all of your mobile devices.
We will be switching over to the new system completely on the 14th and will not have the ability to continue to run the old system in tandem. I have added an additional set of videos below to help you to become familiar with the new system before the switch over occurs.
We have also introduced it to all of our office administrators and allowed them access to a test version of it to make sure that they were all trained and ready to assist you with the transition.
Try to watch all of the videos if you can, the ones below and also the ones from my blog post last week or at least make sure that you watch the videos for the individual tools that you use the most, like the CMA module, so you’ll be able to make the transition to the new system much smoother.
