We’ve recently added an additional mid day IDX listing data update. That now brings us up to five times a day!
The Active Listing information on the Real Estate One Family of Companies’ web sites is now updating from the MLS’s five times throughout the day. The Sold and Off Market Listings, due to their considerably larger file size, are updated twice each day. This ensures that all of our main company web sites, RealEstateOne.com, MaxBroock.com, JohnstoneandJohnstone.com and all of your OnePlace Agent Websites have all of the new active listings available in their search results within a few hours of when the listings were entered into the MLS. This also increases the speed in which your 1st to Know email search subscribers receive new listing information.
We’re also working on a complete rebuild of our system that will allow for updates every hour, from the MLS’s that offer that capability. If all goes well, we will be running our IDX updates hourly by the years end.
