We’ve added a new page to the CMA program called Our Success Map. It’s a great piece to use to show your sellers how active our company is in their area. It uses the subject property address to run a search in a half mile radius for any properties that were sold by the Real Estate One Family of Companies and displays their locations on a map. A maximum of the most recent 25 sales will display on the map.
The new page will print automatically as part of both of the full company CMA reports and can be added manually to the custom pages as well. If you set up the Subject Property page by entering an address and not by looking up an existing MLS listing, you will have to remember to select the Map This Property option.
