Our One Place Recent Updates

I just wanted to let you know about a couple of cool updates that we’ve added to Our One Place over the past few months.

Polygon Search Tool

We’ve added a polygon search tool to the map search on the regular Listing Map Search and the 1st To Know Map Search.  This will allow you to do more refined searches around specific areas like subdivisions when searching for listings in One Place or setting up searches for your 1st To Know clients.  Just choose Search With Map to access the map search in the Listings Search and the 1st to know Saved Search modules in One Place and then select the Polygon Tool from the map tool bar.

First Floor Master Bedroom Search

We’ve also added an option to search for listings with a 1st Floor Master Bedroom in the One Place Listing Search, the 1st To Know Saved Search and on your website’s Property Search.

Team Support Added to Marketing Materials

We’ve also added the ability to access the Marketing Materials section of One Place as a team by adding the Marketing Entity drop down menu. This allows the members of a team to choose to create their marketing material as themselves or as the team. The Marketing Entity drop down menu is also available for teams in the CMA, Flyers and Contacts modules in One Place.
