Trulia Update, Luxury Real Estate and Facebook Pages

by Scott Gaffan on July 22, 2011

Trulia has made a few changes in the way that they display agent information and I thought that I’d use this as a reason to remind all of you that you need to claim your listings on Trulia.

  • Display of multiple agents. Trulia now provides listing agents the ability to assure that they are the only agent displayed to consumers by simply claiming/verifying their listings – for free. When the listing agent does this, no other agents will appear. Check it out here: www.trulia.com/agents/
  • In the cases where a listing agent hasn’t verified/claimed their listing, Trulia will continue to provide consumers with multiple choices to request listing information.
  • Listing agents are ALWAYS #1. Even when there are multiple agents for consumers to choose from, Trulia is changing the order in which they appear so that the listing agent will always be on top.
