I attended the Inman Connect confrence in New York last week. It was a fantastic confrence and I brought back a lot of great information that I’ll be sharing with all of you through the next few months.

To start with, I had the opportunity to see an amazing iPhone, iPad and Mac OSX video app demonstration for a new video app called Videolicious. This is one of the easiest ways to make professional quality videos that I’ve seen yet. It fits well into a Real Estate Sales Associate’s work flow and would allow you to make listing videos and personal promotion videos with high quality video, sound and music, anytime and anywhere without spending a fortune on expensive video equipment and complex software.  Check out the Demo Video and the How It Works section on the Videolicious website. This little app really impressed me. Video is king online and anything that helps you make videos quicker and easier is definitely a worth while investment.
