Web Leads Via Text
Leads from your website and your listings are now being sent to you via text message.
If a visitor to your WebOne website submits a request for more information or requests more information on one of your listings on any of the Real Estate One Family of Companies’ sites, the information will now be sent to you as a text message as well as the regular email message that you currently receive.
Not Paid Leads
These leads will appear as though they are coming from Customer Care but they are not paid leads. All paid leads from Customer Care are distributed via phone call, NEVER email. All leads that are generated from your own personal web site and your listings on all of the company sites are always distributed directly to you free of any fees.
Your Text Enabled Phone Number
The text leads will be sent to the phone number that is currently displayed on the Agent Record page of OnePlace.
To check this number;
Log into RealEstateOne.net.
Choose My Listings Manager.
Choose Click here to edit your website.
Make sure that your text enabled phone number and provider are entered into the Text Message (SMS) Information section.
