OnePlace CMA Adjustments

We’ve made a slight change to the way that the OnePlace CMA program handles adjustments. For details, watch the quick video below.

Introducing the Facebook Subscribe Button

Facebook is now allowing you to add a subscribe button to your personal profile. Sales associates that post relevant real estate related information to their personal Facebook profile and do not have a business page can now allow people to subscribe to their news feed without having to be accepted as a friend. Combine this with the updated Friends lists and you can now effectively control who sees your status updates, photos and profile. Check out the links below for more information.

Hyperlocal Blog Posts

I have been teaching agents about creating hyperlocal posts like this one for a few years now. This is such a great way for sales associates to attract new clients that are searching for community related information. Hyperlocal community based information posts attract attention online from search engine searches especially when they’re loaded with effective keywords and hyperlinks. When a consumer searches for community related information and finds your post, they receive the information that they were searching for and you are instantly leveraged as the area expert real estate sales associate! Check out this excellent example of a hyperlocal community post. Making Money with Hyperlocal Posts
