Cool New Web Apps, Twitter for Real Estate and the Social Media Revolution

issuu

Issuu is a document sharing and publishing application that allows users to create actual online magazines with a few mouse clicks and it’s free. This is very cool. I can think of quite a few creative ways that this could be used in the Real Estate Business. How about creating a custom magazine that highlights all of your current active listings? Create a monthly magazine covering the recent sales in your market or neighborhood. Information guides, local neighborhood profiles, a guide to understanding Real Estate forms, the possibilities are endless. The free version is limited and will insert ads into your publications but should be fine for most purposes. There is also a Pro version available for $19 a month with a free 14 day trial that includes more features and it’s ad free.

drop_io

Twitter For Real Estate Twits

One of my favorite writers, Nicole Nicolay, at MyTechOpinion.com has updated her fantastic e-book titled Twitter for Real Estate Twits and it’s available for download absolutely free. Don’t pass up this incredible opportunity to learn how to use Twitter from a Real Estate perspective from someone that can actually explain it in our terms.
