The New Real Estate One Website System

The end of the month is fast approaching and we will be switching over to the new Real Estate One website system. Make sure that you have taken the time to capture and save any information that you do not want to lose from your existing WebOne websites. Testimonials, custom text, links, even First To Know client names and email addresses. We will be doing our best to transfer all of the existing information that we can but a personal backup of vital information is always a good idea as a precautionary measure.

Agents that are currently using their own domain names that are linked to their WebOne sites through a web forwarding function should check to make sure that they are using the correct forwarding address. The http://realestateone.com/yourname address should continue to work with the new sites. If you copied the address from the address bar when you were on your web site (http://realestateone.com/content/AgentHome.asp?agentID=33086 ) you will need to change this to the http://realestateone.com/yourname format instead. All agents that I personally set up forwarding for on GoDaddy.com were set up using the correct format.
