The Home Buyer Migration Trend online system allows you to enter a listings address and basic property information and create a report that shows where buyers that usually buy in that area come from. It also provides a report that shows the advertising publications that best target those areas. Both reports allow you to better target your advertising efforts and they can be printed and used for your next Listing Presentation.
This system is available to all agents on the Real Estate One Intranet
( www.RealEstateOne.net ) and step by step instructions are listed below.
1. Log into RealEstateOne.net.
2. Choose My Web Links.
3. In the Tools/Resources section under the Buyer Trend Migration heading, right click on the Click here link and choose Open Link In New Window
4. Choose your brand logo.
5. Enter the customer and property information and choose the Save Updates button.
6. Next, choose the Reports button.
7. Choose the view link next to the Migration trend / market share report to see where the buyers for your listing are most likely to come from and Real Estate Ones’ market share for that area.
8. Choose your browsers back button.
9. Choose the view link next to the Advertising / targeted buyer profile report to see a list of the advertising publications that best target that area.
Both of these reports can be printed for your records or to compliment your next Listing Presentation.
10. Choosing the Profile button allows you to update your subject home information at any time. It also allows you to add advertising publications and their market ranges to the system
