WebOne – Featured Listings

by Scott Gaffan on March 23, 2007

I have received quite a few calls lately regarding newer agents adding other agent’s listings to their WebOne web sites.  This practice is not advised due to the many conflicts that are caused by duplicate listings on our sites.  The WebOne system has the ability to display the results of a custom search in the Featured Listing section instead of displaying the agents own listings ( step-by-step instructions provided in the attached PDF document ).  This is the only acceptable method for newer agents to get listings to appear on their WebOne websites.

Listings should only be manually added to the Listing Manager when the listing fails to appear through the regular MLS data feed and must be manually edited and the status manually changed to match the actual MLS listing.

Teams have the ability to associate two separate state ID # s to one WebOne site to allow both members of the teams listings to appear on one web site.  If your team site is not currently set up that way please feel free to contact me for assistance.
