An Introduction To The WebOne Website System

by admin on January 29, 2010

I would like to kick off the launch of the new blog by starting with a series of posts designed to help our office administrators to get more familiar with the agent WebOne Website System.

The Real Estate One agent website system is called WebOne and we usually refer to a company provided website as a WebOne Website. To view a sample of a WebOne site, choose one of the following links; http://realestateone.com/conneterova , http://maxbroock.com/averypiantedosi , http://johnstoneandjohnstone.com/lynnbakerhunter.

Agents can modify their websites by logging into the Real Estate One Intranet at http://www.realestateone.net  (last six digits of their state ID # as the user name and the last 4 digits of their SS# as their password).

Choosing My Listings Manager from the My Web Links section and then Listing Manager / WebOne Site Manager will take them to the Main Street Intranet where they can edit their WebOne websites or any of their listings that appear on the Real Estate One Family of Companies web sites. The agents have been provided access to manuals and videos that take them through the process of setting up and customizing their websites and editing a listing in the listing manager. I have included links to both the PDF and the video versions of the manuals below.

Office Administrators can also log into the Intranet and update or edit any agent in their offices’ WebOne website or listings.  Administrators log in to RealEstateOne.net using the offices’ administrative login. If you do not know your administrative login, you can contact the Help Desk at 248-208-2994 or helpdesk@realestateone.com.
