Updating Your Realtor.com Account Information

We have gone through some recent changes with Realtor.com in the past few months and a few common issues associated with these changes have been causing my phone to ring off the hook and my email inbox to over flow.  Hopefully this will help solve some of these issues. 

All agents that are currently a member of the Realtor.com Showcase Listings package ( this includes all agents that are currently paying $45 per month for the WebOne/Realtor.com system or who were members before recently joining Real Estate One),  need to log into Realtor.com’s Control Panel and update their account information.  This information is attached to every one of your listings on Realtor.com and it is what your customers use to contact you for information regarding your listings on Realtor.com.  Agents that are members of multiple boards must log into each board profile separately.  If you list your properties in more than one board, they will appear on Realtor.com twice, once from each board and they will have your corresponding profile from that board attached to them.
